I Cant receive my bill statment

Hello Sir, MY self Anshu Chaudhary, My No. is 9910341231, this no. is my father name Mr. Y.K. Chaudhary,

Last 2 -3 Months I cant got my bill statment. Why? I am Complaiting every Month Nobady take the serious action? Why.? This month is same problem, last week i will call ur customer care centre pls. send me a bill without bill i cant payment in this month but every time same answer, sorry mam within 2 days u got ur bill.

this month if u will disconnect my incoming & outgoing services then i will go in consumer coat.

i will waiting ur reply till 4th Oct. if i cant receive the reply then i will mention my compliant in Consumer coat on 6th Oct. 2008.
