I had booked a Alto LXi in Bimal Auto, and strictly told them i need finance from a nationalised bank. Inspite of telling them clearly they have given me in Kotak bank which i dint want. They promised me it was 11.50% after that they dont disclose to me still i keep asking if it is 11.50 they say yes only to find it is 12.50.They make me sign the papers and then collect cheques. After i realised it was 12.50 i asked them to stop processing the loan they said it is already given to bank and is under the processing being a sunday also. Then i do stop payment for the cheques for which they say its not a problem still i dont want the loan but they say loan has been approved and vehicle is being registered some body help me or else i need to goto consumer court or even escalate to maruti. One Mr. Prakash and Baltesh are resposible for the whole thing. I dont want the loan please escalate to Mr Naveen Sarawgi and take action failing which i will have to go further by escalating the matter to higher level (maruti) they will have to bear the consequences.i will have to goto consumer court or maruti if action is not taken and loan is not cancelled and
given in a nationalised bank.
