Non-receipt of PAN Card

Dear Sir/Madam,

I applied for PAN Card Application No.026342723, receipt No.024644218 on 26th Feb 08.

When I do the status query: the message is PAN Card allotted and despatched. PAN NO.ATBPM4705G.

But till date I have not received the PAN card.

Please arrange to send duplicate pan card.
