my self Rajesh Ranjan Patra, residence from Patnagarh, dist-Bolangir in the state of orissa.my pan number is AQIPP7606B.I got the nuber last year but due to communicition problem i cant receive the card till now. I kindly request you to sent the pan card in this address as soon possible.
