Dear Sir,

This is regarding the Vodafone Connections we have and the long pending issues with them.

Please note that, in our letter dt. 27/11, we had asked for changes in plan for all our corporate vodafone connections with reference to the plans given by you (which is also enclosed) for your reference. As discussed, we had clearly asked the plan to be changed from the next billing cycle which was 1-Dec. But till date the requested plan 249 Gain more has not been changed in all the corporate connections.

You have changed the plan in some of 30 connections dt 21.12.07 but the charges are not which was discussed. This non-change of plan in all the connections and the wrong plan being put has made the situration very confusing.

Inspite of all our reminders there is no response or feedback from your side on this matter. Now, that this has taken quite a long while and the services we are getting from you is very poor, we have only one option left and that will be to stop all your services and try Other Service provider whose response is much better than you.

I hope you take my feedback and request seriously and look after this matter and resolve it at the earliest.
