Not recieving my money

Dear,

I undertook a policy named Saral Jeevan on March 10th at Ashoka Estate branch, Delhi.

Thereafter, due to some personal reason cancelled this policy on 21st March. But I have not recieved any money from the company side.

As per the company policy, I should get my money back in 15 days, therefore I will request you to, process my request as soon as possible and credit my money with due increment during the aforesaid time.

The POD No is 12427327183. I am also attaching you freeloop cancellation reciept for your convenience.
