Your Staff in India is third class

I have opened a saving account in your bank four years back and my saving account number is 5002370486. At the time of opening of SB A/c yours one of employee Sh Rahul Arora has advised me to invested Rs. 50000/-In Birla Sun life Insurance to maintain the account as zero balance. Yours bank have deducted Three installment of Rs 50266/ each through my saving for the above said policy but up till now I have not received my policy papers. I have asked so many times

in the branch specially to Mr sanjeet Kumar that please arrange my policy paper,

even On 11.8.2008 I have given letter regarding above matter to Ms Sonia but no

response received up till now and so many complaints made to citi bank also on email.

I have contacted Birla Sun Life persons on phone they asked me to contact Citi

Bank because you invested through bank.

Now once again I am requesting you to kindly arrange my policy papers and

if any receipt of the above three installments with you kindly send the same to me and if possible please return my money invested by you.
