Insurance certificate not received

I enrolled for Systemmatic Investment Plan plus insurance for Birla Sun Life Mutual Fund in July. As per the prospectus, I am eligible for free insurance till the scheme is running.

In-spite of my continuous follow-up for the last 6 months, they are not sending me the insurance certificate of the third year. Pl. find below the mails I had sent and the reply I received.
