If you are smart enough to find the office and person concerned, they refund the money through freelook. You have to tackle with your credit card company for interest charged by the company. I have experienced the same. My policy no. is 002761266. This has been bought by advisor Suvajit Rakshit and approved by their Manager, Babul Haldar.
