Wrong bill raised electricity power disconnected without any prior intimation

Dear Sir/Madam

I Have a electricity connection no PS 21/299 in Sector 14 Sonipat

Department has raised wrongly a bill for Rs 227000 wherein are are regularly paying bill as provided by the department. Department was sending bill on average basis since last three years. Which has been paid by us. Now department has raised bill on reading basis since 2007 to till now without adjusting amount which has been paid by us.

We had complained & requested more than 10 times to SDO for correction & adjustment of bill But they are not listening to us. Each time they refer the case to other person & that person to another one. This is happeing since one month.

Whereas we are ready to pay balance amount after adjsuting the amount whatever we have paid.

Another option is with us to sue the department for illigal discontnue of the service without any prior intmation & harrashment

So we request you to look in to the matter asap

And hoping for a positive response from your side.
