DELAY IN BOOKING FOR REFILL

Sir,

I am a consumer of Hindustan Petroleum gas bearing Consumer No. 621051 (double cylinders) and my Distributor’s name is BISUI GAS CENTRE, SUPER MARKET, MALANCHA ROAD, KHARAGPUR, DIST – PASCHIM MEDINIPUR, Distributor code is 962660.

Proprietor of BISUI GAS CENTRE has made a rule that a consumer can book for refilling his next cylinder after 21 (twenty one) days of his previous delivery, and the refill gas is supplied after 12 to 15 days of booking. So a consumer has to wait for 33 to 35 days to get a refill cylinder.

Could you please kindly enlighten me what is the rule of booking of refill cylinder? I have come to know that there is a provision of booking gas online, please let me know the procedure.

I would be grateful to receive a reply from you at an early date.
