BlackBerry 8100
No body telling the status

I book blackberry 8100 mob phone, on 21 of september, the person name amit singh who place the order, when i ask him for order no. he said the server is down, he ask me that he can place order tommorow morning & he can call me tommorow. but after that there is no response from there side, I am continously trying to contact on their coustumer care no. every time some body pick the phone & put it down immedietly.no body is giving me any type of response. now the amount of that product reflect in my bill of ABN AMRO credit card.

take action against amit singh, sales dept. so that furthur no one face problem.
