MY HANDSET IS NOT WORKING BEING THE REASON THAT THE PHONE HAS STOPPED CHARGING THROUGH CHARGER

Please note the handset 8310 purchased a months belore is not working due to non-charging of the phone.

Please do the needful. Let me know the service centre for the same so to meet personally.
