Complined against my new purchased black berry hand set. The above set i have purchased on 02/04 model 8320 IMEI - 358281015961372. After purchasing the same set i am facing lot of problem. Three times your service center repair the mobile and reload software. i have submitted the same to air tel pk street banch 2-3 times and finally on 19/06 i have submitted the above set to air tel park street service centre for arrised major problem vide your receipt no. 4962. and repaired and return to us again the same problem created on 21/09 and submitted to park street service centre on 30/09 vide receipt no. 2989. On a good faith i have purchased from AIRTEL such costly set.
Please arrange to replace my such defective set.
