I Have Purchase Blackberry From You on 2-05. And your Customer Executive Promise me to Deliver In 7 Working Days (You Can Check if you have call tracking system). on 12-05 i Have Again Call Back, where Mr. Sumit Your executive Speak to me, he misbehave with me and put off the phone. again i called and speak to another executive (Ref no C/12/05/09/218), i ask for my mobile, He told me that i am promising to deliver on Saturday 16-05
But it didn't yet received. and today when i spoke to one of your executive Neetu, she told to me that goods would delivered with 21 working days, again when i called to your executive He gave me the Committment of 1 st June (Ref no C/27/05/09/280),
Now your executive toold it will take more days to deliver,
It really Create suspect on your company, our company regularly purchase goods from you,
But looking to the ignorance, i really disappoint from your company,
i hope you have call tracking system (please refer all my call)
i hope i would not lost my money by paying it to you
Please do the need full other wise i may have to go to consumer form. (Customer Grievance Form)
