I purchased Bold 9000 from franchisee of BSNL.
It has defective still camera.
On repeated complaints, BB Engineer examined handset and advised replacement of handset.
Handset got replaced with refurbished set (NOT NEW).
Replaced set was also faulty (battery heating, set getting hang).
Old handset given back to me.
Replacement is pending till date, excuse is of unavailability of Bold 9000 handsets.
Case is approved but is pending.
I gave option of replacing bold 9000 with other Bold series phones, but they say that it is not in policy.
