Non receipt of material

Dear sir,

I have ordered two items on 29th Aug. The order nos are 040118625 and 040118502. But so fare I have not recd any of the items till date and my EMI has already been started deducting. I tried to contact yr people over phone but no body botbered to lift the phone and my STD bill of Rs. 1200 has already been spent.

I never expected this type of behaviour and non responding over phone. If is is continued I am forced to complaint in the consumer court shortly at Delhi through my advocate. At present I am staying in Dhanbad, JharkhandStare.
