Complaint so many times, no response from company

Sir,

i am purshased my new bajaj pulsar150c.c (27/07/09) from prj bajaj New delhi

and i am fitted bike central locking at that time with one year warranty

In last four days i am faced problem in my bike central locking

i am complaint so, many times at mayapuri office (0114144468).

no anyone response from the company.

so, please solve my problem as soon as possible.
