Payment debit from my account but tarnsection not meture in online banking

Sir,

On 18.06.2009 I book a ticket from my net banking account of pnb from Make My Trip.Com. My transection id is TRTR/000001185451/18-06/16:59:49/UB. After debit the amount Rs.3155.00 from my account server slow down. Means payment not credited in the account of Make My Trip's account, so I could not not find my ticket. After then I got enquiry from bank's custmur cair, they assure me that I will get my money credit in my account within 24 hours. But till today I have not recieved credit of Rs 3155.00.
