This is one of the worst situation i have ever faced. I booked a consignment bearing C NO 115303948 dt 19/11 for destination imphal. The blazeflash executive committed and assured that, they have direct flight for imphal and so the goods will be delivered within 2 days. After 2 days i could not track my consignment on the blazeflash site, so i requested the concern executive to help me out but their was no response for the next two days. Finally executive Brijesh gave me the mobile no of leena roy (chairman or director) i am not sure about her post but she assured me that she will provide all the details and the status of the consignment. But next day i didn't got any response of my calls. I even made call to one of the director who behaved as if iam asking for a favour for him. My complaint is that we are paying them good money for good service but even after that if my goods are untraceable and no one is ready to take any kind of responsibility. I want them to apologise or refund my money and return the consignment from where they picked.
I don't expect such an attitude from the company of this profile.
