Blazeflash courier
Theft of Couriered Parcal

I feel Blazeflash couriers are the most disgusting service I ever had. I have couriered some stuff (docket no. 295441333) to Mumbai through Blazeflash, they delivered it in 10 days (in spite of companies commitment of 3 days) and top of that most of the stuff has been missing from the packet.

While calling to customer care and then Kandivali (Mumbai) office they don’t have any concrete answer in this regard, even the chief of the branch are not ready to listen the request & said “ No need to call here we are not responsible for all your stuff” and cut the line.

It seems intentional involvement of office staff to misplacing the customer’s objects. I am sure it may happen with other customers as well.
