Consigment lost

Respected sir,

I have couriered very important original documents of mine through Blazflash courier Docket no "293920973" for delhi at this address crp technologies (india) Pvt ltd, c-118 basement floor east of kailash new delhi-110065 on date 10/05, but still courier not received at given address, i have informed 3 & 4 times to courier company Blazeflash and get complaint no 311, but they are not giving any response from courier company side.

Kindly resolve this issue as soon as possiable.
