I had booked parcel on 19/06/09 for kolkata vide their consignment no-204813854

from their agent m/s om balajee, khyber pass market, civil lines, delhi-110054.

1 week is gone and no one is telling where the parcel gone.

when u speak to them they abuse and keep the phone down.

registered a fir also with the police station.

kindly do something so that we can have trust inyour forum
