Dear Sir/Madam,
I have sent a courier (airway bill -114654572) on 18/8/10 through your New Delhi Patel Nagar Branch, which they eventually lost and are sitting idle without any proper reply despite my 100 personal visits and 1000 phone calls and now am daily writing email to them at [email protected] without any reply from their side. How much more a person can take?
Also, I have written an application for Rs 660 refund, but your executives are only willing to return Rs 100 which is a shameless act and idiotness stating me about hidden company policy of not declaring the amount of couriered item, which was not asked at the time of courier nor informed.
I totally feel cheated and harrased. Please resolve my issue ASAP.
