Hello Consumer Cell,
There was a courier form Delhi to Bangalore of Rakhi’s and Vendor is keeping it with him and not delivering. The promise of delivery was on or before 15th august. I have been chasing since morning till 14:40 on 16th August and was getting continuous false promises to deliver the packet before 2 O’clock.
Now the vender is saying they will drop the packet on 17th and after the festival. Even after telling the importance of packet the vendor is not ready to deliver the packet.
Could you please log a call against the vendor? The Vendor details are as below:
