I have sent a courier through the Flash Courier, 33-Kashmiri Market, Connaught Place, Opposite Shanker Market, New Delhi to my daughter Mrs. Sarika Mathur, 17-Mahadev Nagar, Near Vaishali Nagar Post Office, Gandhi Path, Jaipur (M009314081518) vide Blazeflash Courier Consignment Note No: 203272813 on 13.10.2010. The parcel was weighing 1.5 Kg. containing a ladies suit and a game box.
The Parcel has not been delivered to my daughter till date. I have made a number of calls to The Blaszeflsh Couriers and their counterpart at Jaipur but they are telling that they are still checking. My daughter has also personally visited your office at Jaipur. It is feared that the parcel has been wrongly delivered to someone else as it is understood that the parcel has reached to Jaipur but it has not been delivered to my daughter.
I have sent the claim in the prescribed format as asked for by the Company on 12.11.2010 but till date no favourable has been received from the Company.
