Not received my consignment

Sir,

I send some important document form New delhi to Bettiah (Bihar) from Blazeflash Couriers Ltd. on 4 Feb. my consignment number is 20036921. My Consignment is not recieved at destination point. And when I informed in his office. they said :- " We tracking your packet.".

Please take some action about this Blazeflash Couriers.
