Delay in delivery of Parcel & unable to provide its status.(Complain)

Respected Sir/Madam,

I have sent a courier from Delhi to Banglore through BFC Dwarka, New Delhi, Blazeflash Couriers LTD on 05/04.But till now (after 24 days) my parcel has not been recieved.

Consignment Token No-119313656.From last one week i am trying to track the status of my parcel but no one in there office, custome care exec. able to provide me correct status. Till date all are talking in air. There helpline no is-01125082573.Please take hard action against the company & help me to deliver my parcel as early as possilbe or i have to go consumer court for this. I am attaching a copy of bill reciept with my complain. It contain all other details.
