No place where we can complain

Hi,

I boarded a bus from Ulsoor to GTRE bus number KA-01 3458, Route 314 from Vidyranyapura to CV Raman nagar on 28th Apr '09. While the normal charge for this is Rs. 8/-, conductor handed over me a ticket for Rs. 9. Since this time i got a auto generated ticket from the machine, the destination was shown has CV RAMAN Nagar. I pointed this and asked for a change to the conductor. Even though initially he accepted that he did a mistake he was not ready to replace. This was not stopped at this point of time and he started shouting telling how one rupee was negligible. This provoked many in the bus and went for a quick assualt from both the ends.

Now, my concern is when such incident happens there is no place/counter where we can lodge a complaint for such misbehaviour. Most of the people fights and forgets the situation and if some people wants to complain there is no proper channel to address them..
