Please beinformed that i have above policy with fraser road brach Patna bihar.
Money back is due on 26.04.2009.
On visiting the Branch yesterday, the cheque is still not made where as voucher is made.
Clerk concerned Mr Lallan Kumar said the cheque would take further take more time as staff were busy in closing.
Can not undestand how a cutomer has to wait for the default of lic staff.
Can you please check into the case and advise as why cheque payment is delayed.
