Non Traceable of Document

Sir,

My wife Mrs. Bindu Grover sent one document to Amritsar on 21.07.09 through Blazeflash Courrier from Peetampura Office Delhi under docket No.206701996. But till today Mrs. Sudesh Sharma, 21-Kangra Colony, Amritsar. have not received that document. Now the company is also not responding any reply.

I dont know what to do. Please help in tracing my prestigious documents.
