BLEU GSM MOBILE PHONE MODEL NO. 555X
Non receipt of CD ROM with BLEU555X (WITH ADD.BATTERY) GSM HANDSET 516086 DT.04.04.2008

Sir,

I ordered for a bleu555x mobile phone vide Buyer's order No. 700331781 dated 17 july. I received the set vide invoice No. DEL/RET/3074/08-09 DATED 18 JULY THROUGH COURIER SERVICE BLUE DART. Unfortunately in the packet CD ROM was missing. I made a complaint in this regard. Through my this mail I was informed that may case has been settled. I waited for delivery of CD ROM till date but same is not received till date. Kindly look into matter and arrange to send the CD ROM immediately. My address is as given below;-
