I purchased Bleu Mobile Model 470x hand set IMEI No. 354 699 020 060 597 and Sl No. 470 354 6059 from local authorised vendor of the company i.e.M/s. Tirupati Balaji Communications, Gorakhpur vide Cash Memo No. 16/761 dated 04.09.2008.
On being dis-satisfied with the performance I lodged my complaint with the Authorised Customer Relation Centre at Gorakhpur on 26th Aug vide Job No. 090 812 356 600 31 and deposited my hand set, which the Centre Manager said shall be replaced but at my request handed back the hand set till the replacement is made within 15 days i.e.by 10th Sep 2009.
For the past several days starting from the 11th Sep 2009 - I have made sevral contacts with the company officials, who mostly do not respond to the calls and if they by mistake make response they are unable to help me and in the process I am not getting my Hand Set in replacement.
