Subject: Acute problems created by one Resident of Block No 3 House No. 7 Old Rajinder Nagar, New Delhi-110060.
We the following residents of Block No. 3 and house No”s from 1 to 16 of Old Rajinder Nagar New Delhi i.e. just opposite to Sanatan Dharam Sabha Mandir Shanker Road New Delhi, wants to bring to your kind notice the problems .faced by all of us throughout the day and night.
1) First of all we want to inform you that there are 3 to four families reside in the small house i.e. block No 3 house no. 7 and are engaged in tne business of wholesale distribution /suppliers and also retail sales of Cold Drink crates/bottle s and Bisleri filter water crates.besides running retail grossery shop from there.
2) Due to scarcity of space in the house, the entire stocks 0f Cold Drink bottles and Bislery filter water crates are stocked in the open street through out the day and night, which is blocking the whole street and making it difficult for the persons living there to venture in and out of their houses and cross that specific area.
3) These persons have seven to eight delivery vans besides two wheelers and bicycles with drivers and boys for delivering the goods in and around Old/New Rajinder Nagar and Pusa Road New Delhi area.
4) That all these vehicles are parked in the street and just opposite our houses and even the boys are hanging around the shop the whole day, giving a shabby look hence by blocking the whole street also.
5) Every time these boys besides five to six customers and family members are standing at that place drinking, smoking, spiting in the open, sometimes using bad language too.
6) That these family members and their servants/employees not only stay there throughout the day but sleep in the open street during night, thereby blocking the whole passage making it difficult for the residents to pass/cross that place. Moreover full size trucks are parked in front of the street on the main Shanker Road most of the day, causing great inconvinience for the residents of that area to even enter the street and cross that place
7) That it is so humiliating and embrassing for the residents, when their guests visit them and have a impression that we live in such unhygienic conditions/place.
8) That we have also approached you in the past regarding our plight but no action has been taken or found any solution so far.
We therefore request your honour to take some action and force them to shift there business to some commercial area so that we can live in peace and in higienic conditions and clean envioment
