Not depositing collected service tax

Dear Sir

i had taken admission in this institute and paid amounted to Rs 20000/- in two time. first was through money receipt number 07768 dated 26/06/09 total bill amount was Rs. 10000/- (Admission fees Rs 9066.18 service tax Rs 906.62 edu cess Rs-27.20) and second was through money receipt no- 08045 dated-10/9/09 total bill amount was Rs. 10000/- (Admission fees Rs 9066.18 service tax Rs 906.62 edu cess Rs-27.20) but the institute is not depositing the amount to service tax department and also not mentioning their service tax number in money receipt so, request you to take immeidiate legal action against them.
