Hi,
I am mohit shipped one URGENT shipment bearing AWB#12624611414 from
NOida to Mathura on Friday 10/23/09 morning keeping in mind as it will
be deliver to destination on Saturday 10/24/09 EOD without fail, for
that only I choose BD as they are the pioneer in this area. We waited
for that shipment to get deliver on friday till 18:00 Hrs. After six I
checked the status on website, system said it is in Transit. I called
Customer Care guys, i got the response from them that Flight got
delayed thats why they were not able to deliver that shipment today, we
will deliver on Monday. World's most Illiterate people are sitting on
Customer Care of BD to impart wrong infornmation to their customers (Airport in mathura). I
went to Noida BD office they told me their Vechicle which was suppose to
take that shipment from noida caught by Cops at DND flyover thats why
shipment was not delivered, I checked BD System from their i got to know
Shipment was dispatched from New delhi Hub at 6:40 Am on
Saturday, with that information i made my mind to contact Mathura BD
office. Till that time everybody has given their own excuses. I called
BD mathura office and got to know they have received that shipment at
12:00 but they dont have any assistance who can deliver that Shipment
to consignee and assured me we will deliver on Monday. I asked him to
give me any contact address so that we will collect it form you
personally as it is very urgent shipment. We collected the shipment from
him at 20:00 Hrs on Saturday. I asked Compensation for all Inconvenience
caused by Blue Dart but they refused and ensured me that same incident will not happen again in future. If i am paying enough amount and awailing world
class Logistic service, if they fail to deliver that service they should
be penalised.
