Blue Dart
DELAY

I despatched a courier through BLUE DART from calcutta to Pune on 29 Dec. It was something urgently required by 30 Dec night. I was assured at the booking office at calcutta that it will be delivered to the addressee at Pune by 11am on 30 Dec. Shipment number 399026559731. The courier did reach the Blue Dart agency at Pune well in time on 30 December. But on checking up at 3 pm on 30 Dec, I was told that there was some wrong routing at Pune and so it can only be delivered on 31 Dec. I spoke with the agent at pune who was holding the courier, the Blue Dart Mumbai office as well as their calcutta office. Without exception, they were all indifferent to my request. I would suggest to anyone who reads this post to avoid using the sub standard services of Blue Dart courier service.
