BLUE DART - UNABLE TO DELIVER - VERY RUDE BEHAVIOR.
AWB no : 43686604905 sent on 21st June from Faridabad, not delivered in Bangalore till 27th June.
Called blue dart regarding the status and the reply is improper address, i provided the address and telephone no at 3 pm, but blue dart refused to deliver saying they do not have staff.
To my horror when i enquire the status of the shipment i found that my consignment was picked up without having consignee's contact no and address... who on earth works like this?
Customer service was so rude, when i requested to deliver it to my friend as he was in Yelahanka, BLUE dart asks to send the rubber stamp, how disgusting!
Such a pathetic service, do they really understand urgency why people spend so much money to send it courier???
