I got the sms from Bluedart curior service regarding the Waybill No : 46070421095 Reference No : 1976811 on 28 th June. But I didn't get it in my chennai office addr stating that there is no department # or Extn #. I have called the Axis bank CC and Blue dart CC and updated my home address to deliver it. I have called BD CC on 30 June twice to know the status of the shipment and they confirmed me that i'll get it between 6:00pm to 6:30pm on 30th June itself. I didn't go out for my work and waiting for this but they are simply ignoring or exploiting the customers. very bad communication by BD.
