AWB No. 12104108936. This shipment was booked on 30 June at Malad-West, Mumbai and supposed to reach Cuttack on 2nd July. While tracking on 3rd July, I was amazed to learn that the shipment was directed to Bhagalpur instead of Cuttack. On inquiry, their Customer Service admitted their mistake and promised delivery at the proper address by 4th July.
Today, it is 5th July and the shipment's still not delivered at the right address! HEAVY PRICE TO PAY FOR THEIR IRRESPONSIBILITY.
