Dear sir,
1. I have send and received my shipment (a bike and a trunk) bar code num: 50061628352, from behrampur (orissa) to kota in july 09.
2. The following damage was done to the shipment:
(a) Handle of the bike was bent.
(b) The seat was torn.
(c) The box was completely deformed.
3. Despite my several complaints to kota branch the said company, no action was taken.
4. Please ensure action and kindly acknowledge the same.
