Our ac which we purchased on june but installed in march from sony airtech, sanjay place, agra has not been working properly from the first day. last year i lodged the complaint several times to company. regarding the compressor failure and after long time they finally changed the compressor. now this year we started the ac on 28th March.2010 The Ac did not get start. since that day i am Lodging the complaint to company they make me asure that they will look into the matter in 2-3 days. But after 20 days i didnt get any response.
So I kindly request you to consider the matter.
