I purchased a Blue Star Window AC from “National Refrigeration Company “ 2&3, Netaji Subhash Marg, Darya Ganj, New Delhi on 25th April vide Bill No. 0537 & Book No.11 (copy enclosed) thinking that Blue Star is a well known reputed company.
After two months i.e. on 25th June it was found that AC was not providing the proper cooling in room. Accordingly, M/S National Refrigeration Company was contacted via telephone. After repeated calls as well as personnel request the firm sent their service engineer on 11th July. The service engineer checked AC & found that the gas of the condenser was leaking. I intimated to the concerned person (Ms. Reeta) of the firm on the same time. After that day even after repeated calls to the concerned person no action has been initiated to rectify the fault so far.
