Fasle claim thru my ICICI bank credit card

HI,

I have received messages fmo ICICI saying " A transaction has been made on my ..." . i have received 3 messsages and there has been money debited to my ICICI credit thrice for all together Rs 4000. I have never heard or issued any instructions carry out the same.
