FREQUENT PROBLEMS

I have purchased bluetooth head set on 16.7.2009 from your Dealer REDIPHONE, ALKAPURI, VADODARA. Within 10 days I noticed the problem and approached your Service Centre, they advised me that it is to be replaced they replaced the same and given me after 15 days. It run for further 15 days and again given problem. I approached your Service centre (RAYRHYTHMS VADODARA) and I have been informed that it is to be replaced again. I would like to mention here that they warranty period is 6 month and out of which already 2 months the instrument is kept in your service centre. Will you consider the warantee period from the date I receive the fresh instrument.

"ALSO THE QUALITY OF NOKIA PRODUCT IS TO BE IMPROVED because one should buy the product with your Brand name NOKIA I think it should be trouble free at least during warantee period"
