Blue Vision Systems/Pronet ADSL Router
Not sticking to the commitment and very rude behaviou

Hi Team,

This is to inform you that I have taken PC in January from Blue Vision Systems, Mulund (W) and owner is Mr. Vaibav Shah.

Along with the PC I had also taken Pronet Router for internet connection and I have clearly mentioned to Vaibhav that if I am not using this router than can I exchange the same on some other product? He agreed on the same but he didn't specified the timeframe as to within how many days from Purchase I can exchange the product. Also I have mentioned that I am a layman for computer products and please dont misguide and sell the product to me. He told me to trust on him and I did the same.

Now, after 8 months when I went back to Blue Vision Systems, there was no person called Vaibav and the shop is handled by Bhakti his Wife. She is a very rude person which I have ever experienced. She is not bothered about after sales services. According to her Client is not important for her, She said.

From January month I told Vaibav to install couple of softwares than he told me that it will be done in couple of weeks. Now its almost 8th month but nothing has been done.

I told about this to Bhakti few days back but she is not agreeing on anything and always giving an excuse that ''It was not told to me''. She is not bothered about anything. While talking to her about this issue she also disconnected the line.

She is not giving me Vaibav's number also and whenever I say that I want to speak to Vaibav regarding this issues she is not giving me any kind of details of him.

Pronet router was forcefully given to me from Vaibhav.

Please take some urgent action against this because Bhakti has said me on phone that ''Thik hai joh Tuje Karna Hai Who tu kar le, I am not bothered''
