Today morning I got into a new type of BMTC bus (BIG 10 (Air Suspension vehicle)-Pass not allowed). My ticket charge was Rs.15 but the conductor gave me only 10 rupee ticket. Afte I asked for two times, she gave me the reply saying "There is shortage of 5 rupee ticket and so she is not giving. What we are supposed to do when the conductor is not giving the proper ticket?
