On 25th November BMTC bus route no. 294C (I could not note the vehicle no.) plying between Shivajinagar and Agara took right trun immediately after the railway overbridge near Clarence school at 11.15 am. The regular route is to go straight and touch Davis road along Richards park. I have noticed this happeninng in earlier occasions also inconveniencing passengers waiting in the bus stop abutting clarance school.
There is no complaint number with any of the BMTC crew!
