Online Bill payment for landline & mobile

Snce last 10 days, I have been trying to make Online Bill payment for my landline & mobile by loging on to BSNL VALUE ADDED SERVICES PORTAL. I have spent more than 10 hours till now, but could not succeed due to BSNL PORTAL server problems.

Shame on part of BSNL.

Will I be compensated for my time & efforts
