In 2006 i went to BOB Colaba Branch beacuse my cards was not working. I met Mr. Bhagwati Pandey (Manager) He swiped my card for Rs 5000 to check whether or not its working in Bank. He then cancelled the transaction at the same time. Mr Pandey called me to the bank saying u have an outstanding due. He then checked the details in his records and the transaction was showing as cancelled at that time. He verbally confirmed that he will look into the matter and resolve the issue. But till date i am getting calls regarding outstanding dues from the Bank.
